Another dev build is ready to go! Unfortunately, as much as I really, really wanted to be totally done with tabletop with this one, there are still a few loose ends remaining. Namely, the naga player character is missing their variant of the boss battle and beyond and your relationship with Leah doesn't affect anything about your interactions in club yet.
But other than those alts, the scene is fully complete all the way through leaving to return to your dorm for the night! That includes the game finally respecting that you ate Nikki and removing her/her character from the scene, the elf player character having full variants for everything, and the naga character having proper variants for everything before the boss fight, including a unique pred opportunity again. I also added proper backgrounds to fit the setting instead of reusing one of the ones from the Week 1 scene for everything!

This is an unstable version of the game, so be aware that you may encounter bugs, dead ends, and unfinished scenes. Remember not to export saves from dev builds! :

that'll be fixed in the next build! Health loss values weren't yet finalized in this one, plus in the priestess' proper version of the boss fight things play out a little different

Hearing that does make me a little upset that we won't see a "Nikki redemption arc" but I understand why. This is just a suggestion, but what if, when we follow either of the routes that were aforementioned, where Nikki lives, we get a scene for Wednesday where Nikki straight up leaves the club out of anger before she could get eaten, and we get to see her again at a later date? That could leave room for some kind of redemption arc for her without writing more for the Tabletop club scenes.

Yes, next build will finally move on to the other clubs. Sorry, I didn't want the tabletop scene to drag on for such a long period either

Unfortunately, there just wouldn't have been time to justify a "Nikki redemption arc" when Tabletop is already the most writing intensive club and there's so much else to cover in the game, as much as I would have liked to include the option ^^;

Yeah I was thinking the same or if you swallowed her and let her out, it would shake her up enough to calm down. Guess she was just meant not to be liked.

Ngl I kinda feel bad for Nikki. Sure, she was troublesome for the group, but I kinda hoped she'd change her ways a bit, especially after sparing her from winning her tournament and how she almost apologized before we left afterward.
