Could be, but I feel as though that would be a little more complicated to explain Lol. Realistically, Daisy would categorically fit what the scientists were trying to create. I need a little more info on Eve before I can come to the conclusion, but I will say…wouldn’t it be SICK if the cross over was happening simultaneously through both long form series. But realistically, I don’t see it. But hey I could be wrong!

Lol it makes sense does it not? Daisy is impulsive and reckless (even though she doesn’t intend to be) she’s a free spirit and cannot be controlled (she has trouble following the law always getting into trouble lol) these a qualities that make a solider (minus the lack of obedience) BUT ultimately she a sweetheart. She was most likely the original super solider but broke out (quite literally) of the program due to how they were wanting to control her. It interesting you bring up the Hulk, because the project that created him was called the Bio-Tech Force Enhancement Project, which was an offshoot attempt to create Project Rebirth, which was the weapons plus program that Steve Rogers underwent to became what? The Super Solider lol. Lastly, remember what Robo said. He mentioned in the Blondes image that the he didn’t wanna ruin the reveal of the final size of the girls when it’s all said and done. They may very well reach that size lol. I have my own ideas of where this story will go, but we’ll have to tune in next week lol.
