Skin Shader Update
🕑 Added 2020-09-30 18:09:20 +0000 UTCI've worked on my shader system for the skin and I am using a principled shader node setup now, which supports real subsurface scattering for example!
(organic materials look realer and more lifelike)
It's a high resolution render so please feel free to zoom into the downloaded 8K image and inspect all those fancy details ;)

Light is the most important thing in rendering. For a long time I tried to build the ultimate skin shader system, which looks good under all light conditions. However, I have come to the conclusion that customizing the shader for every lighting situation produces far better results and gives me much more creative freedom. So when the skin looks natural under those light conditions, I've reached my goal ;) Thank you for your feedback :)

I think the new skin texture looks very natural, but it's hard to tell. The light in this scene looks like sunset through the window - sharp shadows and all the color is very saturated. Can we see Jane in a more diffuse light?
I think that's very subjective. Personally I think she's hot cause I really like this petite but fit body type. Of Course there will be characters in my future stories with a whole nother body type (like Kassandra in my Locker Room Story). Feel free to suggest body types, which you think are hot :) I may feature them in my future stories/animations!
