Your a intelligent young lady. I know you can do the work your self. You just need too watch YouTube videos on how to tile floors, it’s not hard or complicated and you will be proud of yourself when your finished. When I was very young many years ago my mother learned by her self to tile walls and bathrooms because is could not afford to hire someone. I’m a licensed general contractor and plumbing contractor in California and learned on my own. Give it a try

Yes that is what I choose do. but because she live in the same village and my auntie know her she seemed nice and I trust her I should have write the contract but you know in the villager we don't really do write the contract

In the future, only pay for supplies and go with them to pay and to arrange for delivery! This way you have the material and the person gets nothing more until completion.
