I feel out of control. It’s frustrating. Things that should be fun, easy, enjoyable are struggles packed with silence, pain, misunderstandings and rejection. I need to let go. I can’t make anyone do anything they don’t want to, and I can’t keep going like this. Nothing I seem to try is working, helping, making things better or getting me the results I want. Letting go is so fucking hard. How to know when to persist and keep trying or when it’s time to give it all up? I just don’t know…🥲😔😮💨😭.

Listening to this again (I kept falling asleep everytime because his voice is so soothing.) Getting emotional because again...to have someone speak this gently and caring and sincerely to me and saying just all the right things..it hits home.
