That's good to hear, thank you! I for now also just download the episodes beforehand. I appreciate that I can download and watch the HQ ~6gb files at sync but having some options will be great as I think the file size is exactly what sync is struggling with, even if the connection is good

i would honestly prefer sync over the patreon player solely due to the fact that you can download at full quality on sync

My biggest annoyance is that the site doesn't support jumping forwards and backwards with the arrow keys lol

Think it's more that the site is very inconsistent depending on traffic or something. I've had the same issues across mobile and pc for sure. Will use a new platform by next week!

Yeah for some reason the buffering is just super inconsistent. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes not at all. I'll be moving to a new platform next week. For now you can try downloading the episodes!

I will reupload every episode I've put on Sync on the new platform too and change all the links! But that's gonna be happening somewhere next week. For now maybe try if downloading the episodes from Sync gives you any luck!

for me i mostly just download the videos since the player is not good. but sometimes the download speeds are pretty slow and the file size is pretty large. its also hard to watch on mobile. however i also do not like the patreon player on PC since they dont allow you to adjust the quality of the video. so sometime it just defaults the quality to like 360p and i cant change it. hopefully you can find a player that plays well on both mobile and PC

You can try using vimeo I think. I usually download it to local system but it's always 4.5 gb - 5 gb. Which takes some space

I've noticed that i wasn't able to watch due to buffering. (This was in the middle of the night [EU]). In the morning/afternoon i was able to watch again without any issues. But if there are alternatives, I'm all for it.

I have problems with the video constantly buffering. I found when you use a vpn close to the UK it loads in just fine. Sometimes the website detects it and displays "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I just have to keep refreshing until it works so it's a bit finicky

For me, I will get buffering about every 10 mins and I will have to reload the page and fast forward to the point I was at in order to watch the next 10 or so minutes. It's annoying to deal with but not unbearable.

i think its purely a Mobile vs PC thing.. i was at work on my break trying to watch an episode of flash and i couldnt get it to work.. but when i got home on my laptop, it worked with zero problems

Ahh I see, thanks for letting me know and I'm glad you were willing to resort to that time consuming workaround yourself! I will be using a different platform starting somewhere next week which should resolve all the issues! I need to go through a few additional steps in order to be able to so please bear with me a few more days :)

Hi, my main problem is buffering i cant watch the videos and when i want to dowload its like 5 GB and it dowloads for hour or so and then i cant watch it again cuz i need to delete it from my PC. Like it works but its not great. PS: Thank you for your reactions they are one of small group i enjoy to watch.

Oh man I hadn't even heard about that. Keep in mind there's an option to download so that way you can play the video locally without having to worry about this. I'm still gonna look for a better alternative regardless though!

My main problem has been the buffering occasionally leads to a crash, and then when you refresh it starts over at the start. This problem has existed mostly with mobile. I haven't had a problem if I use my PC.

Ah thanks for letting me know, yeah that's very strange. I also noticed that yesterday I tried watching my videos and it kept buffering. Then a few hours later it was all working perfectly fine. Then today it's buffering again the whole time. Just need to figure out a better place I can safely post to.

I’ve had buffering and the video just stops sometimes. so often I just have to reload the page and get to the point I was and it’s fixed. The downloading also no longer works for me for some reason ( on mobile ).
