Extract the .zip folder, and open it and then place the .pak file into your 'Mods' folder, then make it ACTIVE in your BG3MM load order.

IF YOUR EXPRESSIONS SEEM "TOO MUCH" OR TOO MANY EXPRESSION WRINKLES, USE THIS MOD. I USE VANILLA-LIKE.

KNOWN ISSUES/WEIRD STUFF TO FIX
Speak with the dead VFX do not work yet.
Some piercing issues to be fixed.
Tiefling males may have neck seams/vanilla horns may not fit perfectly. I suggest modded horns.

hiii, I know this isnt the place - I am in the discord and have reacted but still dont have access but, I am having a problem where the Aegon II head is only showing for body 1 and the Helaena head is only showing for body 2

No, it should be the proper file as long as it is named “Mantis’ house of the dragon presets.pak”. Did you install the vol. ii presets .pak as well?
