Well I already set the beginning of part 1 and for some aspect is close to yours but I don't want to spoil anything

I don't know if you take my suggestion into account but I have an idea of how this chapter of What If could start After returning to Earth and arriving at Goku's house, Pan would tell Videl and Milk about the things they experienced on the trip, and when Pan is in her room, suddenly Baby would emerge from her shoulder and say that it is very annoying for him to have to act like Pan, and a flashback would also be shown of the moment in which Baby took control of Pan's mind again, while they were still on the ship and were already returning to Earth.

Besides, if you include my entire idea in the comic, I'm sure it will have several pages, maybe more than 20, for example 5 or 6 pages of Baby making C-18's body return to normal and playing with it, about 7 pages of "C-18" and Marron arriving in town and seeing Cocoa's show, and Baby infecting the people in the audience and Cocoa, 5 pages of Baby infecting the women, like Erasa and Maron, in the store of clothes, and about 4 or 5 of Baby C-18 transforming and infecting Marron with the egg, so that she can obtain her transformation

Don't worry, I can wait until you can do it. Since in the main story Baby has already infected many people in the world, my idea can no longer be included in the story, so I think the best way to do the comic is in a What If.

After the show, while shopping for clothes, while "C-18" watches Marron choose clothes, Baby would continue infecting the women who are trying on clothes, such as Erasa, Videl's friend, Maron, Krillin's ex-girlfriend. I know it's too early to write this but I'd like to make a suggestion for a possible Baby What If chapter, which could happen after the "C-18's Visit" chapter. And the story could be this: After Baby has taken over C-18's body, he orders Bulma to act normal until he tells her what to do, and wanting to test her new body before starting her plans, Baby would go to C-18's house, and once there it would make her return to her normal appearance, but due to her increased power upon being possessed, C-18 would retain the musculature she gained when she transformed, and in addition her hair would be a little longer. And after that, Baby would play with her new body until she feels Krillin's ki approaching the room, so "C-18" would pretend that she just took a bath and put on new clothes (since the one she had when was possessed, it must have been destroyed when Baby transformed into his final form inside her body). And when Krillin enters the room, he would ask "C-18" why she took so long to return from Bulma's house, to which "C-18" would tell him that it was because Bulma showed her something surprising, while that under C-18's clothes, Baby's face would protrude from her abdomen, while he smiled sinisterly.

I don't know if there are already sketches for some pages of the chapter, but I would like that when Baby takes control of Pan's body again, she suffers headaches, and that red streaks appear on her face and eyes, and when Baby finally take control of her, Pan's hair turns white
