Torso, tongue and muzzle are in the radial menu. Hold a menu button to open it.

Mind also adding a button that allows player to add the same/other characters in one scene in Free Pose mode?

Working on a fix to this problem. For now, to be able to log in into the game, go to "%userprofile%\appdata\locallow" and remove "IntiMate" folder. This will fix the problem
