In February 2019, 3 weeks before the Mission Across Wales, I took to the childhood den making arena of Sutton Park to test the notion that it was possible to travel a significant distance in a straight line.
Along the way there would be friendly dogs, golf courses, a railway track and lots of holly and gorse, all plotting against me to veer from the line on my brand new GPS System.

Slightly unrelated but you should check out a channel called "Bald and Bankrupt" when you have time, reckon it would be right up your alley, extreme tourism type stuff.

Ha ha ha that couple walking their dog. I'm Canadian but my entire extended family is English and that was such an English response from the dog walkers. Weirdo in camo emerging from the bushes? Just keep walking, not our business. lol

There is something about these types of videos they're just so fun to watch. Seeing how the environment can change so quickly and how much diffrence things like the weather can have on you, and all the little obstacles you can encounter.
