I know I'm late watching this but it makes me want to do a similar thing cycling through richmond, california near where I live and see how bad of an area I can end up in

Elaine Eddinger

That really was a weird looking cat. I had that thought right before you said it.

Dave

As a Geordie who lives in Scotland, it's so funny that I've been in that Spoons! My wife's grandad lives in Wednesbury and swears by it!

Laura Newton

My patron still isn't working even so payment taken??

Liv Armstrong

The same happened to me as well

Chris McCann

Glad I wasn't the only one, thought I was going mad

Jamie Long

28:48 proof Tom should be in storror

Matthew Edwards

Tom, you might want to put out a youtube video about the issues with Patreon. I had to cancel my membership and resubscribe as my payment didn't go through on 1st August.

Ryan Thomas

The Bald and Bankrupt comparison comment killed me hahaha

Jason Kenway

Yeah ride a bit until it stops spurting out then you pump up

Max Jones

Ngl Shropshire sounds fantastic for a tenner in my pocket

tom davies

Thank you for your support Nadja!

tom davies

Thanks Stuart! to be honest the idea of falling in the canal was not the worst thing in the world! roasting!

tom davies

Amazing! surely I have to wait a little while and pump it up before I can ride?

Nadja

Delightful as always, Tom. Also, big thanks to the lads in the Reddit community! ❤️ Switching to $1 tier then back to $4 fixed Patreon's idiocy and brought the content back.

Stuart Duncan

Always quality over quantity. Wins every day.

Stuart Duncan

That video was so much fun. I really enjoy the authenticity of it. Nothing is played up or faked for views, just pure real life. Plus you’re brave cycling down a skinny path next to a canal after having four (three and a half?) beers. Brave man!

Jason Kenway

Thanks Tom. Slime tubes, just keep riding and they seal up, as you found out the hard way.

LordLard

Well, I still live a couple of streets from where (I think) you were brought up, so the amount of times I've walked over it over the years into 'the village' doesn't really bear thinking about! As for Showcase, no don't go to the cinema often any more and when I do I go to the Light, but shocked and saddened to see it wasn't there any more. One of those places I didn't expect to see go for a while I guess. I'm old enough to remember when it opened, and effectively replaced the fleapit where the Art Gallery is now. (Oh, I ate at Fatty's a few times too, I remember winning one of their eating challenges for a prize of a t-shirt I couldn't even dream of getting into. Yes, I was a big lad of course, but I suspected so too wwas anyone else that completed it!)

tom davies

That's great to hear Storpey! it doesn't take hardly any effort really, just a bit of initial bravery/confidence to get into the swing of it!

tom davies

Thanks Lard, the croft is my spiritual home. Almost shed a tear at Showcase. Incredibly nostalgic.

tom davies

Thanks Dustin! it hasn't been as often as I'd aimed for but I'm striving to give you good content!

tom davies

I haven't, but maybe I should head in that direction for my next tenner in my pocket?

tom davies

Yeah inspirational!

tom davies

Cheers Ashley!

tom davies

Ta Steve! great ayit!

tom davies

Thanks Hannah! we're all doing great thanks :)

tom davies

What was the maddest thing you ever saw or heard about?

tom davies

haha. Once you pop you can't stop

tom davies

Had to look him up. I like his style!

tom davies

Thanks Harry! Merch will be coming soon, just been super busy with work/family life and want to get it right too!

tom davies

Didn't delve into any really rough pubs, maybe next time ;)

Storpey

All this stuff is increasingly becoming my most beloved YouTube watches. An adventure that genuinely inspires me to step out of my insular comfort zone and communicate with other people on a very human level. Thanks for this, Tom!

LordLard

Fun Watch thanks Tom. Still live round the dcortner from the Croft. Loved the storror bit at the end. Totally missed that Showcase had shut :-(

Dustin Geddes

Love when the $4 tier is blessed

James M Errington

Or reckon you could do the Malvern Hills, North to South, in a day.

James M Errington

Have you ever thought of doing something in Herefordshire, Tom? Lots of cider to try, bit further between pubs though!

Imraduin

18:55 oh man this was tough. good on him for seemingly handling it as best he could.

Great video

Stephen Burr

Grew up in Cradley Heath, always a pleasure to hear proper Black Country. Bostin!

Hannah Samuels-Lyons

Great video as always! I hope new baby, Verity and yourself are well. Especially after the shitshow you faced on the previous video. We’re always going to support you

Garry Newman

I grew up in Harden/Goscote, this is the most dangerous thing you've ever done!

Ryun Rich

i was cackling when you left the first pub and your first words were "i'm gonna aim for another pub"- sounds just like me

Simon Chapman

The Brummie Peter Santenello!! Thanks Tom, enjoyed this one!

Harry Doherty

Will enjoy this!! Received my mission across England poster the other day, absolutely amazing! Hope you start more merch, desperate for a GW hoodie 😏

RHYS
