I hear you. Since Adam needs to let me know what emotions he will portray (more subtilely) in the pencils so I can give him the right notes, he does need to exaggerate things in this rougher form. Even though I tend to prefer a naturalistic style, there are times I kinda like the more cartoony art. You can definitely feel the emotion very clearly.
