Seems the experiment fails.
I'm not sure the problem, but I think it's the add-on I use to try and manage the time the form is available. As a result, there is only one entry on the list.
I think for this round, I'll have to manually track down those who made payment and work out the list from that.
Also have to find a better way to make the google form thing work.
