I'm ashamed for my constant mood swings and change of hearts, repented for having deleted tons of art and game prototypes - but I needed a fresh start.To all my friends and to the nice people I'll met on my way: thanks for caring about me, your support means the world to me. I'll do whatever I can to deserve the trust you so kindly gift to me. <3

Thanks mate! I'm always very hard on myself, I never forgive my (many) mistakes. Your words really helped me feeling better.
Good to have you back. And hey - remember to be kind to yourself. I don't know if what I have to say will be useful to you, but I know how it is to get caught in a seemingly endless cycle of unwanted emotions and repeated failures. I would get more and more angry and ashamed of myself, swearing that this would be the last time I'd mess up, that I was going to change immediately and permanently. But that never worked and it only fueled more anger and shame. So try to remember to give yourself as many second chances as you need. Be your own friend and give yourself encouragement to stand back up and try again, regardless of how many times you fall. Be your own best friend, not your own drill sergeant. Take it easy. :)
