🕑 Added 2023-11-27 10:30:59 +0000 UTCHi💕 how is winter treating you? I have been in recovery since October and I’m finally able to go to the gym. Lack of intense activity combined with my isolated lifestyle is starting to take a toll and this month has been the hardest one for me. I don’t know how many times I cried about the way I look, who I am as a person, if I should be alive or not and so on. Typically most people get these thoughts that’s why I was telling myself it’s not a big deal until I stopped experiencing pleasure in things I used to love. Not even pizza could make me feel better :/ I have been streaming everyday in hopes that I could fix this aspect and set a goal to be verified like all of my friends but not having the reassurance that I will be rewarded in the end and I might be doing this aimlessly again is killing me. Missing home but also not wanting to go back at same time ☹️ I debated about posting this but I’m always talking about what’s on my mind here and you deserve to know it ❤️ Therapy is also high priority on my list because I don’t think I can get through this alone anymore. Super nervous to do it and I hope it helps. anyway! Im waiting for so many orders and December is my favorite month so I’m very excited about what I have planned for you🥰 thank you very much for every word you said to me this month you have been the most stable thing in my life 💕 I hope you have a great start to your week and you are staying warm 🧸 💋

The most important part is not to ignore yourself, searching for help is biggest sign of bravery. Finding peace is a desired goal that is achieved through hardships. I believe in you just keep fighting, it will be worth it. Wishing you all the best Helena. 🙏❤️

Seems like you have a really hard time right now, And I hope it gets better during the end of the year. I hope you can enjoy the for me personally best time in the year the christmas time. It is one of the few times I am seeing my Family and can actually relax for 3 weeks XD Dont be nervous about therapie. It is totally normal to cope with the pressure that people have to deal with more and more. I am sure it will help as soon as you start. It really helps to talk about whats on your mind with a more strange person who will not judge you or tell you what to do.

It's a brave thing to be so vulnerable even to internet strangers. Please know that thoughts of wanting to be alive or not is not something experienced by most people. It took me going to therapy (among other things) to learn that. I hope you can find help that works for you
