Puttin in more booty work! Gotta put in the work, even a couple of times a week if needed to get what you want. All these exercises are made to focus on the glutes. These was all after leg presses, the glute machine and hamstring curls. At the end you'll see some non-weighted, body weight lunges, that absolutely killed me. Don't mind my flailing arms, my knees were in major pain and I had to finish 4 sets minimum 😩 Got it done tho and the soreness feels amazing 😁💯 I hope to inspire just one person a day 💪🏽
