🕑 Added 2022-04-06 19:29:28 +0000 UTC so, i recently started physical therapy (for my knee) and damn... i knew i was out of shape, but it's actually embarrassing just how WEAK i really am. i enjoy my daily stretches though and have already seen small improvements, so that's good π₯³ one of my goals this week is to start going to the gym, but i'm honestly scared. i wish i had a workout buddy π₯Ί do you go to the gym/regularly exercise & if so, what are your "favorite" workouts? any health/exercise related tips/advice are very welcome :)
