The clear coat didn’t mesh well with the adhesive I used, so I’m stuck with weird patches that are more/less vibrant than the rest. My theory is that the mod podge was able to penetrate the fibers of the paper when it was worked in, but the spray-on clear coat did not have that same penetration,...
