Yeah, it's probably the same as Berlin, but Paris truly stinks :D People living there all year probably don't notice it either, I know I didn't when I lived there!
I visited Paris a couple of years ago and stayed over for a couple of days, coming from the Netherlands. I had the exact same experience. Get well soon :)
Gosh, Paris sounds like a more restless version of Berlin. The continuously angry commuters, the already dirty new S-Bahn stock, the homeless people... But at least there isn't a distinct bad smell (at least I can't really tell, I've lived here my whole life). Honestly, once I'm done with my studies I'll leave for a small place in Saxony or the Baltic Coast; I have enough of Berlin. Get well soon 💐
