Parsa
could be a RAM/memory problem or the shader you're using.
Parsa
it was made for 1.20.4 but will work on newer versions as well.

Can you please help me to make this work? As soon as i add the resource pack, it just won't load. The load screen will keep blinking after enabling the resource from the setting menu. I'm using Minecraft 1.21.1 with Neoforge 21.1.170

What is the specific version of Minecraft for the pack?
