Will be interesting how the GitHub Lawsuit plays out. The financial impact of the lawsuit is a little bit of a stretch, but if commercial companies are going to use this “publicly available code” in a commercial product then the license conditions should be respected, and/or consented by the developer. I’ll be rooting for the GitHub Devs at least from a licensing clarification standpoint.
