It's completely insane. It's not like people are buying DLC for patreon, or digital goods. They're buying access to something someone else has created. Apple doesn't take 30% of what Amazon sells in its iOS app, why does it need to take 30% of what creators sell inside of Patreon?

I subbed to you on Android Patreon before recently switching to iPhone 15PM (last iPhone I used was an iPhone 4 XD). Good to know it shouldnt affect legacy users.

Trillion dollar company taxes multimillion dollar company so individuals and small creators pay more or lose patrons. Classy.

Just when you think that Apple can't get any lower, they keep digging... Taxing creator revenue just because someone downloaded the Patreon app from the AppStore is ridiculous... What's next? Everytime you pay with your credit card you have to give Apple 30% of what you bought because you downloaded your bank's app from the AppStore? Apple should be under fire constantly for their stealing practices.
