🕑 Added 2022-05-20 13:56:48 +0000 UTCAlright people, it looks like the medicine thought I was mocking it and decided to hit harder right after I posted the schedule. I just can't write. To make things worse, my next visit to the doctor got postponed a week to May 26th, so I won't have the advantage of extra focus (given by ADHD medicine) to write.
Therefore, I'll take May as a forced vacation month. Patrons will not be charged on June 1st.
The missing chapters (from the previous schedule) will be released next month one way or another.
There's not much I can say. I didn't even have the willpower to tell you about all of this. I underestimated the medicine and overestimated myself. I really apologize.
Sorry again for all the trouble.

I'm still pissed, that there were no chapters in May as of yet. But you should definitely take that as a compliment, because it means I just can't wait to read more of your story! But seriously, take care of yourself and your health. Thanks for the update. It's a nice touch that you don't bill the next month. And I'll be looking forward to new chapters.

I was diagnosed with ADHD well into adulthood. It wasn’t a surprise, I have had the symptoms my whole life and I just didn’t put it together until my wife pointed it out to me. It took me a couple different medications and doses to actually get some relief (without terrible side effects) so know that you are not alone. Ironically, looking up coping strategies has probably done more for me than the medication. I make lists of tasks for the day, I set alarms for 20 minutes of focus, and stuff. But even with that I still wouldn’t drop the medication that works. Hang in there, we believe in you!
