Jessica usually visits the fitness studio mutliple times a week. She is very sportive, she gives everything to have the perfect beach body. With the right motivation she can reach her limits and become muscular. However, out there in this wide world there are a lot of distractions, dangerous things that can destroy such goals. She should better be taking care about how often she visits parties (with you?), as everybody knows: Alcohol is very bad for the waistline, but more importantly, it makes you greedy on fatty foods like pizza.
You will be able to meet her at Trevor's party and in the fitness studio, having small chats with her and going to get takeout with her. The more fatty food and the more alcohol she drinks the greedier she will get, resulting in larger portion sizes and less motivation to work out in the fitness studio. However, you will have the possibility to help her lose weight and build muscles in the fitness studio, it's all your choice and follows the concept of the game to open as many opportunities as possible - building muscles in a fitness studio makes sense.

That's very interesting, but I think I am not able to help you in this case. I can only suggest starting a completely new game or just continueing playing the game and hoping for the issue to solve itself. When starting to play the game on the currently newest version this doesn't happen to me. When I cannot reproduce an issue it is hardly possible for me to solve it....

That's interesting, did you receive money for finishing your project?

I finish on 140-170% ,but option not appear

Finishing the pills means reaching at least 100% in progress, when you run out of time (and then you can choose a new project). I remember some other people complaining about that too, but I've tested it out and it works for me just fine.

Well an option will appear when she gives you her drink. If you choose that one and Samantha does not notice the pill will have an effect on her. Note, that Samantha will not change if she reached her maximum weight.

You cannot take them yourself for now but you can throw them in your Co-Worker's drink at the office.
