Hi I have tried both edge and chrome and I do not use a VPN and I have before but not on Patreon but on subscribestar I've also tried both pc and mobile with same results being stuck in a loop

Hello! You need to come back afer some time if you are over the limit. Or you can also use a VPN to change IP adress to download more. (I am not sure how long you have to wait to reset the limit, I think maybe a day? )
