In part one we think that we're following a hero's journey with Paul so I could see why you would like it better. Part 2 we find out Paul is more of the Antihero and how people following someone with blind faith is dangerous and it ultimately led to a war across planets. I think it was really well done. As a whole both movies did a great job with the story. Im excited for the next one 💜

Aw man I love Dune! I think I liked the first movie slightly better too but there are some scenes in this one that blew me away like the worm riding scene. I haven't read the books but I hope there's a third movie explaining what happens with Paul and Jessica in the war they started
