Hi, just watched your video. Really enjoyed it. When you were using the feather, I realised that it may not be common in most countries. I’m Czech living in Australia and when my friends saw it they didn’t know about it at all; we still use it on a regular basis as they are great to brush pastry with. Or light a fire to cook anything. We have it much easier today. Even the fact that we can buy ingredients lie cheese and cream, without having to do any of the prep.
Missed seeing Matt in the family review. Jed has grown so tall! Fascinating recipes. I am SO VERY HAPPY we no longer have to make gelatin from scratch or wear our arms out to whip or blend foods. Thank you for ALL that hard work!
