Yeah that happened to me, and then I kept getting stuck and freezing during the shrinking section. Even if I didn't that area is waaay too finely tuned. It's super difficult.

i get stuck after the snek belly, it causes the dialogue fromthe earlier level then i can't move when it's done

I've been stuck at the cat hole club too. Can we look into why winning that fight keeps us trapped there? Also sitting through the jackal belly scene without a skip option sucks.

Gilberts’ new scenes are a little buggy all of them repeat after the (snakes stomach) biome, and they can brake everything if you try to skip them. Freeze, audio-bugs, control-lockout. But otherwise, still a great update. I’m happy to see you’re still not done with completed biomes. Sorry, I tried to stay vague. (No Spoilers)
