Cyberpunk: Ultimate Night City 3.0 Release
🕑 Added 2024-10-17 17:06:43 +0000 UTCUltimate Night City 3.0 introduces a new LUT based on a color-corrected and fine-tuned in-game LUT so it blends the original Night City visuals with more realistic colors, lighting and weather. The env file is adjusted for the new LUT and I don't recommend combining it with my previous LUTs.
Reshade
Optional, reshade preset contains only Cinematic DOF. Check the attached screenshots and additional info below for correct reshade setup. Added some more screenshots.
Ray/Path Tracing
Not required, but advised for the best visuals. I recommend using Advanced PT mod. Be careful as this mod require additional basic mods (CET, Native Settings).
Gamma
My mod needs manual gamma adjustment, for this, go to Settings->Video->Gamma. Recommended is 1.05-1.10 but this heavily depends on your monitor/TV. I use 1.06 with my LG C3 OLED.
Modlist
Updated for the latest 2.13 mods I use.
Please write your opinion in the comments about which one is better, UNC 2.2 or this. This is an experimental project, so your feedback will be crucial for the further development of Ultimate Night City.
In case of problems or help, feel free to write me a pm and I will answer even if a bit late.
Huge thanks for the support guys, you are awesome!

Make sure to use the correct version of the mod and the other main graphical mods if you want the same visuals. This was the Vivid version iirc and make sure to use advanced pt mod.

I installed the mod with the expection of the DOF.ini and the game doesn't look anything like in your video. I also have weird ghosting now with FG and auto exposure is really weird.

Hi, I'm using only Windows HDR not the in-game so I'm not using RenoDX.
Sovereign
What are the ideal settings for HDR? Also do you use the RenoDX HDR mod?

I play on steam and know how to find the game folder did the same for the other mods but can’t seem to get to the menu I know reshade works because I hit home and menus show up
Laszlo Chren
Hey, just copy them into your CP folder and make sure no other lut or env mods are active (Nova LUT, GITS etc.).

New to mods the mods suggested worked as is even reshader but I am struggling getting your actual mod to work

It would be wonderful if you would create a collection for the mods :S for the lazy people like me

Seriously man, your LUT captures the realism while preserving the colors that make Cyberpunk so great. Keep it up!

Ok so some special work needs to be done, now that explains why I had trouble figuring out Lut Switcher before lol, thanks for the quick replies
Laszlo Chren
I have to make it compatible with LUT switcher yet, maybe in the future.
slim shady
Thank you, and also do you know if I can somehow enable this lut via LUT Switcher, or do I need to disable the switcher to use this? I recently got the switcher and haven't really figured out how to make any lut work aside from the ones they provided in their optional files: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/16310?tab=description

Thanks for the feedback, yes I also noticed blue is too much. It's going to be fixed soon.
Laszlo Chren
Yes, they are not compatible.

Should i uninstall my Nova City mod to use Ultimate Night City?
King Johnostan The 69th
The colors are clearer however I noticed its more "blue" So ill stick to 2.2 for now.
BOLTY
Yeah I'm aware, it's just, it looks vastly different without path tracing to the point where I'd rather just use a different reshade.

Thanks for the content
Christian Domingo
Thank you for your hardwork. It's getting more realistic every time you're releasing an update. Keep it up!
Laszlo Chren
Ray/Path Tracing is not a requirement.
BOLTY
Is there one that doesn't need path tracing
