At 22:35 for your daypack you could probably take a piece of webbing, sew to make a loop on both sides, slide it through the bottom molle pieces of your ruck and attach a QASM buckle through the loops of the small webbing. Its a little jank, but it'll should let you use the strap for your sleep pad.

There's a good chance I'll pick up something and Proabbly also get a groin protector. My biggest concern is with helmet mounted ear pro your leaving alot of your head exposed to possible shrapnel. Something I'll still need to do more research on how I want to go about that.
