Book 2 shower scene

This scene hasn't been sitting right with me for some time, and with the print edition coming up it's been bothering me more and more. In the original Cinder tricks Micah here in a way that's pretty questionable; no one's ever brought it up, so honestly I think the scene's gotten by on porn-logic and the fact that he's a guy, but I just cringed to think of this thing permanently lodged in my story. So I changed it.
Maybe it seemed funnier when I was doing these cartoons where these characters all knew each other already, I don't know, but those cartoons are far from anyone's memory now and more importantly aren't established in the text of I Roved Out. I think the updated scene is funnier anyway, and I hope you like it!
On a technical note, I tried using similar techniques to how I used to do these pages, and it didn't work at all. No idea how I achieved those results back then... I was doing everything with a mouse and keyboard fer chrissake. So I just gave up and drew how I do now while trying to match the general style and palette. Kind of funny.

I really love this decision and it reflects one of the main reasons I get so much joy from your art. I didn't clock any problem when I read the original but your logic makes perfect sense and I really appreciate that you chose to address it rather than just try to forget about it.

Don't remember exactly how it went down in the original version but I remember it was hilarious! I imagine since they were good friends they'd be casually pranking each other like that. I respect an artists decision though.

yeah it's weird. I had this old tablet someone gave me but still just used mouse & keyboard cuz I was so used to it. This is the first page I used the tablet on, I remember: https://www.irovedout.com/comic/p-142/ Used a mix of both for a good long while after that. Hard to imagine now.

Are you gonna be selling physical copies for all three tomes that are out already or are you going 1by1? Also I love the corretion to the scene. I've noticed you correcting other details before, maybe I'm just a very old follower. And a fellow artist. So I notice everything :Р
