Hale has two routes, either submissive or assertive. If want to unlock Lily 'hale submissive and assertive', need to be on Lily route + hale submissive route, or Lily route + hale assertive route.

I’m confused when you say assertive route but the only route options I’m getting the events for are normal and submissive

It's because 10.3 was rework of almost all scenes in the game, and art, it took a lot of time. When we worked on R11, it was two months ago. Also some of the scenes were very complicated, the action sequence you see is a 'money shot' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Money_shot) , cost lot to make, is very complicated to code and time consumming on the art side too. The Lily segment has an incredible number of alts too.

No I forgot that you have to click and hold when selecting items when it comes to Major story events also not being the one to complain but why so short of a chapter

Where do you find the pistol???

I think I identified the problem, I forgot to disable other items, so if you click on an item that isn't intended, it blocks progress. I need to fix that.
