The b@$t@rds at Blossom Hill have been advertising their trees on TV since FEBRUARY. It should be a crime punishable by public flogging. I'll vote for the candidate who promises (1) no Halloween crap before October 1st, (2) no Thanksgiving crap until after Halloween, and (3) no Christmas crap until Thanksgiving Day at the earliest.

If we had used leaf bags when I was a kid, I might have done that. When I was a kid, we burned our leaves. Can't do that today. Now, we use paper yard waste bags, to keep the plastics. out of the composting facilities. Times change and we must change with it or face the music.
