In this one, I talk about:
- Ads in video games and VR games, and the problem with putting ads in paid-for content
- Quitting my job and doing Youtube full time, the fears that surround that, and the problems I have with that still, even though everything is quite fine and should work out perfectly
- My ideas for new projects if I went full time: new channels, reviving older projects

Yeah, the goal is to be as flexible as possible, change things up, try new things out, maybe branch out into different topics as well on other channels!
Maybe even become a sort of studio/publisher of your own, expand podcasting, writing or whatever you fancy - and generates money.
Also IMHO when you quit your day job, you probably will need to stay flexible, probably change topic/focus or use other channels a couple of times and/or develop a portfolio business by adding other stuff to have more sources of income.
