Hi, I'm a new subscriber and I love your work. I downloaded all the material and put the base sims files into my tray folder, but they don't show up in my library. Can you explain how to install the base sims please?

Yes they work! Presets is for sim if you download them!

Sorry, what do we need the presets for? Are the zits, etc under skin details, will they not work without presets? Apologies, I'm new to presets and sliders and not comfortable with them yet.
