I loved the Green Mile but to be fair I have never seen Saving Private Ryan.

This was a hard decision! I love them both. But Saving Private Ryan is incredible. I grew up in a military family in the US and my father served in WWII, my father-in-law, brother, and ex-husband served in Vietnam. This movie really touched me.

Both movies are excellent. Me working in a prison, I have to say The Green Mile. Even though not exactly what happens in prison, the meaning behind the story hits deep. It's difficult to explain.
