I love this my cat is the exact same way, she'll eat everything so fast, vomit the solid food, and then beg for more. Nothing I've done will slow her down.

When my boys were younger I'd have them stand on the bed. I'd grab two pillows, rear my arms back as far as I could and absolute whack them with both. Then I'd sandwich them between them, pick them up, and bodyslam them. We called it hamburger. They loved it.
