My doctor told me to combine magnesium glycinate (citrate is the one for constipation) with melatonin for my insomnia so there might be something to that foot oil. The limited research I’ve done is that it’s supposed to be a muscle relaxant or something. (As always, I am not a doctor and when taking new supplements, always run it by a licensed professional!)
