All the thoughts that are expressed in your stories still feel like they are in realtime, despite being dense in content. I was trying to think of a way to quickly explain how well you jumped back into this story, KT. "Back with a vengeance" is all my brain can come up with. I really love how complex you make your characters in every story. You can somehow avoid their thoughts and behavior being an exercise in detached academic ideation despite the layers of what is being expressed in your stories being rooted in things that can only be boiled down that way. Its a drug, now I want all my literature to make me smarter and turn me on, this is not a fair bar you've set for everyone else, KT 😀.
