Bill F Protagoras

Megan! Wot the hell, Bill, you can call her Meg...

Bill F Protagoras

Gemma Chan yeah! But Jane Campion to direct... have you seen "In the Cut" with Megan Ryan it's an unsung masterpiece!

Pete

Well said. She loves humiliating Josh, and being bad. And perhaps she enjoys hurting him too. Whatever we think of Kimmy, Josh is a masochist. A masochist who fantasizes about being with someone who cheats on him, humiliates him, and hurts him. I guess that literally makes Kimmy the woman of his dreams.

KT Morrison

Adrian Lynne is a great choice! He directed some of my favorite movies.

KT Morrison

Thank you for pointing it out! I was in one of those happier moods, like when I wrote that Summer Swap chapter characterizing Philippe's endowment like an acrostolium, ha ha. Picture me under towering maples that day, surrounded by 5 dogs napping and/or playing, the leaves all in orange and yellow, falling leaves, an Ontario apple cider, maybe some recreational cannabis, the weather unseasonably warm and the sun shining bright.

KT Morrison

@Kat I know! I'm blown away by everybody's contributions here. I *truly* feel like the luckiest self-publisher out there to have a core group of readers who care and know so much about the story. It's amazing. I had lunch with another hotwife/cuckold writer last week and said the same thing (we were lamenting the slow downfall of self-publishing on Amazon as the market matures) and I said how this Patreon group is an absolute *gift.*

Andrew Mellein

Who would you cast in a Devil in the Water movie if you could? I would cast Gemma Chan as Kimmy and the film would be directed by Adrian Lynne😀😀😀

Tracey52

Man you guys remember the details of the stories much better than I can.

L_S87

Great analysis CSH. I feel like Kimmy has shown she gets off on being "bad" but it was narrowly focused to how being with Devlin made her feel vis a vis Josh and her marriage. Hence why she always said without Josh, she wasn't even sure she'd be interested in having sex with Devlin. So it came off as a very specific kink regarding Devlin and humiliating Josh. Now its much more clear, as you stated, that she just generally gets off and doing awful things in a sexual context. Yes, humiliating Josh is still here, but so is the corruption of Hyun and having sex with Sophie's mom. She likes being in control and being bad. I also agree that doing this with Hyun is a mistake that could really blow up in her face. As many loose ends there are that could make their way to Josh in regards to Devlin, those same things could make their way to Hyun, who won't be so forgiving, I think.

L_S87

Keely 2 had that scene with Maggie, Keely and Max. It wasn't quite as drawn out as this, but was there. Plus the final Maggie epilogue also had Maggie and Keely "playing". There's a smidge in Summer Swap, but its more due to Cody directing rather than attraction. (Though I get the feeling Paloma would be happy to engage in some "activities" with Scar) Pool Party had some as well, though it was sort of ancillary to what was actually going on. Happy Endings series epilogue also has an implied scene where Sukie tries to seduce her female friend, with more implications that she's trying to setup a foursome with some friends on a vacation with her and Tommy. So, its not like KT doesn't do this, it's just the first time I can think of where it was the main focus for multiple chapters.

I just reread Kimmy's first full sex scene with Devlin in book 4 Sinner. And Devlin jokes about how he will ejaculate his seaman so far in Kimmys vagina that Josh would never find it or know about it ! I think this is KT's breadcrumbs and hints that Kimmys pregnancy is the result of this encounter with Devlin. Now that Kimmys is pregnant, a normal wife would usually tell your husband first but nope she does not want to tell Josh. Kimmy dosnt want to tell Josh about the baby just like the seaman Devlin ejaculated into her when they first officially had sex. Kimmy is in deep trouble and I cant wait for the resolution and some sort of Karmaic payback!

CSH

Yes. Hyun is a mistake. She’s honest and therefore dangerous to Kimmy. I said before that I thought Kimmy was too smart not to realize this. Remember, though, she hasn’t actually told Hyun anything except that she’s pregnant. Josh would discover that anyway, soon enough. At this point almost everything else she has told Hyun is a lie.

Andrew Mellein

At least in Learning Lessons Jess and Pete had, children among them. And the end you can tell that Jess regreted her actions. With Kimmy in every book she turns the screws on her herself! There seems to be no redemption for her. Who thinks that her affair with Hyun is what’s going to be the straw that breaks the camels back? I think Hyun is going to realize she was used by Kimmy for her selfish purposes and she’s going to tell Josh all Kimmys secrets. Boom 💥

Donkatsu

Maggie/Keely had a little bit.

Kat

I’ve reread this chapter several times, and feel like my initial assumptions were incorrect. The thing I like most about reading this book is participating here. You guys are so much better at wording your thoughts than I am. You, (L_S87) in particular, are really good at picking up things and then expanding on their meanings. KT’s writing really inspires a lot of thoughtful commentary here.

Kat

Really good points. Kimmy seems to be completely irredeemable at this point.

Tracey52

So I can’t remember any other girl on girl scenes in kt’s books?

CSH

I’m surprised that I liked this scene. As it did for Kimmy, that came not from the lesbian sex but from Kimmy getting in touch with her evil self. Maybe she needed the non-attraction to reveal this kernel to herself. Her previous inability to face her motives clearly in her manipulation of Josh came from her guilt and love obscuring her selfish motives even from herself. With Devlin, the lust obscured it. Here it’s revealed that the sin, being the bad girl, drove her in many of her actions. The eroticism of being bad and breaking taboos and being a bit mean. This is the first time we have heard Kimmy’s true motivations come out. I think this has been lying there, glimpsed, but never fully revealed till now. This helps to explain many of her actions from the very beginning of the series. For starters, the initial encounter with Devlin and her actions immediately afterward which never really made sense. Had she always wanted to have that threesome with him but had held herself back because it would have been so deeply sinful and wrong? That would make it all the more thrilling when she decided to do it, while her husband was passed out drunk, and with all their friends present adding to the thrill. It also could be seen as a possible after effect of her miscarriage, a kind of PTSD with the trauma causing her to question how she had lived to that point. Revealing her erotic attraction to being the dirty, nasty, sinful, bad girl now explains much of her obsessive behavior and brings her evolving relationship with Josh into focus. Kimmy now accepts that being mean and doing bad things gets her off. Now she can use her little friend to pound Hyun into jelly and love every minute of it. This self realization will also help her tremendously in accepting to genuinely dominate Josh. It also will make his life utter hell, as the more people see what a slut she has become, the more she will get off on it, making her behavior increasingly blatant. And what’s more sinful and slutty than having the man who traumatized your husband get you pregnant? Maybe telling your husband and then using his sexual fetish to make him accept it.

Andrew Mellein

Kat I read Cayman Proxy on KTs Ream along with her other hard to find stories. I think Cayman is much like the Maggie series, except the main character is married( instead of college) and even has a friend named Keely who steals the story from the main character due to not being a lying cheater. I just read Six Weeks in Winter and Janey is now my favorite heroine tied with Charlie from Landlord!

L_S87

Sorry Kat! Wasn't trying to make it even worse! My take was that there's a reason Kimmy didn't say Hyun, but instead Sophie's Mom. Having sex with Hyun is naughty for all sorts of reasons, but... having sex with Sophie's Mom, given what Sophie means to Kimmy.... so much worse. Which is why it got her off. She revels in being vulgar. She's like a pig wallowing in a blanket of vile and outrageous acts that she knows she shouldn't love, and that's why it turns her on. The sad part is, if she could practice a wee bit of moderation, Kimmy's not wrong that she and Josh belong together. They're darkness are the perfect yin and yang. They fit each other like a glove with complementary kinks. She enjoys doing what he fantasizes about her doing. BUT. It only works if they're honest with each other. This "open" relationship that Kimmy described to Hyun only works if Kimmy is actually open to Josh and they do these things *together*. But that's never what happens. It's Kimmy always scratching that filthy, not so little, itch she's got on her own and then guiltily covering it up with a mountain of lies or half truths. What Josh needs is a partner who can practice moderation while indulging both of their wants and Kimmy is wholly incapable of doing that. So we're left with a relationship that actually could work with a man and a woman who love each other desperately, yet it's falling apart because one half can't tell her pussy no for one second to save her damn marriage that she knows means everything to her... except when it gets in the way of getting off.

Kat

I’ve read a lot of KT’s books, but some are hard to find. I haven’t read the Cayman Proxy. It’s not in print. I do think Jess was pretty awful, especially since she and Pete had kids, and then slowly pushing him out of his own house to be replaced by unemployed Tyler, just vile. Very hard to read that book. Kimmy is up there, for sure, especially after this last chapter. She’s really lost the plot of her life, just doing every rotten thing to turn herself on, without a care for anyone else. I wonder if she’s ever going to pull herself back from the dark side, or at this point, does she even want to? I don’t think she’s evil, but I also dislike Chey from Summer Swap. She’s really selfish and insecure, and is not at all fair with Byron. For me, two of the worst KT characters are Maggie and Cole. I just don’t like either of them. I hope when KT finishes the Keely books, she does a flash forward to the future. Max and Keely are in love and happy with kids, and Maggie and Cole are separated, and Cole is cheating on her. Lol Cole is an opportunist and total fake friend to Max. Sure he loves Maggie, but I think he loved her parents’ money a little more.

Andrew Mellein

Kat, good points on Kimmy! Who do you think is KT's most vilest female protagonist? I'm up the air between Kate from Cayman and Kimmy but it could change. The most vilest male character for me is steroid loser Tyler from Learning Lessons due to being a marriage wrecker. Devlin is just a rich asshole and Reza is just weird with funny motives (cock cage) about Johnny finishing the game.

Kat

“She's addicted to being awful. And she may have just found the bridge too far that she can't come back from while chasing the high she gets from breaking these taboos.” That’s what I was trying to say, but you are way better at finding the right words! I believe this time she’s gone too far. She done so many terrible things, but this thing with Hyun may end up being her downfall. It wouldn’t surprise me if this is what causes it all to come crashing down for her. She may enjoy being with Hyun, but without Josh, being with Hyun won’t give her the charge she needs. Kimmy’s not a lesbian, at least not that we know. She’s not going to want a long term thing with Hyun. At some point, all the taboos and awful, awful behaviour won’t be enough for her. If she loses Josh, doesn’t she lose the incentive to be horrid? She needs Josh’s torment and humiliation to get off. And don’t get me started on what you said about Sophie. I never picked up on that. I just thought she was actually feeling shame. No, she was getting turned on thinking about Hyun being Sophie’s mom. 🤮 Seriously, Children’s Aid needs to take Kimmy’s baby as soon as she gives birth. This woman is not fit to be around kids. As for the Devlin dildo, I can’t see how telling Hyun what it represents will win her any praise. Hyun already told her…”I don’t like what you do with your boss. It’s not good for you. And I don’t like to think of you with this other man.” Is Hyun really going to want to play with the dildo when she learns it’s Devlin’s stand in? But, then again, a few chapters ago I never would have imagined any of this happening. Anything is possible.

JL23

At least this chapter, we got a real answer as to why’s she doing this thing that’s only going to end up hurting people she supposedly loves…she’s just addicted to being bad, to betraying and humiliating Josh in ever increasing ways…every bit as much as Josh is addicted to the thought of her humiliating him. In a warped way, they truly are perfect for each other I guess. But a stable relationship this does not make.

L_S87

Thats a good point. How is Hyun going to react when Kimmy brings Devlin into this. Not him, of course, but the clear analog the dildo is meant to represent. Hyun is all about Kimmy, but will she be all about this? She was the one who was more motivated here to push past Kimmy's reticence and make this happen, which has opened Kimmy up and made her push forward towards something even bigger. I agree that this does somewhat go against Kimmy's typically more controlled nature, but, what brought her here wasn't really Hyun. It was Josh. And Sophie. She didn't have an earth shattering orgasm because of Hyun or her tongue. Not that those didn't help, but it was the two worst things she could think of, what this would do to Josh, and Sophie's mother. That's what made her combust into a pillar of flame. She's addicted to being awful. And she may have just found the bridge too far that she can't come back from while chasing the high she gets from breaking these taboos.

Mike Monroe

This is just horrible..Kimmy is horrible!!! There is no shame. No guilt. Just a very vile and disgusting person. I really hope Josh Leaves and never looks back! Never turn back because he will turn to a pillar of salt..As he lives with Sodom and Gumara! The anti Christ!!!

Chinookfan72

I enjoyed this chapter.. looking forward to the next one when they get to have fun with the dildo and hopefully make plans for Hyun and Kimmy to experience the real thing together sometime.

Donkatsu

So many bons mots, where to begin? You must have had fun writing this, despite the sometimes disturbing goings on. In no particular order I loved these: “Hyun’s armies advancing over the hill,” and moving on to the Heart of Darkness “Marlow tracking down Kurtz” - the horror, the horror ( my bad, wrong Kurtz) “her brow condensed in sorrowful furrows as an innocent and beloved woman drew closer to her rotten core” “The sudden erotic thrill of total libertine turpitude rolled over her in an oily swell.” “her pelvic floor undulating in a piston’s push-pull of great hydraulic magnitude,” “Hyun’s soft grunts were little submissive squeaks that blew into the flames of Kimmy’s already churning-hot oven.” A great follow-up to the earlier oven theme: “ . . . . the shame that would fold over her, fork-press a seal, and bake her in an oven set to hellfire temperature.”

Kat

Wow, KT, I can’t believe some of what I said about Sophie was in this chapter. Although, I still find Kimmy vile, it made me feel better to read about her regrets and repulsion about what she was doing. I especially liked how she is very conscious of what she’s doing to Sophie’s mom, and indirectly to Sophie. The guilt really seemed to be consuming her. Kimmy is a very complicated person. It’s easy to just put it down to her being evil and the devil incarnate, but there is still something more there. This is why initially I didn’t hate her, and didn’t see her as your #1 worst female protagonist. Yes, she was cheating on Josh with Devlin, but she still felt guilt. She was a young wife, coming out of depression/miscarriage, not really living up to her potential. As the book progressed, she became less concerned about Josh and more concerned with herself. I’m kind of surprised that this far along, after crossing some of the worst lines, somewhere in her evil mind there is shame and guilt, and still some kind of warped love for Josh. She knows what she’s doing with Hyun is wrong, and it kills her that Sophie is indirectly involved. But, she is still able to push it all away and move on with Hyun, and find a way to enjoy it. I’m shocked that she’s still bringing out the dildo to Hyun. How is she going to explain that one to her? “Well, Hyun, I keep this giant dildo in my trunk for emergencies.” I’m still bothered by all of this. What she’s doing here is so behind anything she’s done before. It’s terrible. I can’t understand how this is going to work out for her in the end. Kimmy is smart and very cunning. She’s a great actress and liar. Doing something like with Hyun seems so against what she’s been like throughout this series, so controlled. She’s got enough to worry about controlling her husband. She’s also hiding a pregnancy that probably Devlin’s. How is fucking her sister in law, her beloved niece’s mother factor into her plans? It just seems too risky for her. Yes, Kimmy loves risky behaviour. She gets off on being bad. With Devlin it was different. She doesn’t like him much, but Hyun is in her family. It’s much different, and could become way too complicated. I could even see something catastrophic happening in their family because of this. I’m already dying here for the next chapter! What’s going to happen?

L_S87

You know, KT, when I commented last chapter that it made me feel filthy, that wasn't supposed to be a challenge to see how much worse you could make the next chapter! This, quite literally, puts to shame everything Kimmy has ever done with Devlin. Awful as some of that was, this... this would make the Devil himself whimper in shame. I get why she enjoys it. It's every bit the same despicable sin she's exhibited with Devlin, but so much worse because of the familial connections and the fact it would break Josh if he saw it. She knows it, and she loves it. And now that she's committed to corrupting Hyun, the guilt is gone, she realizes she doesn't just want Hyun as a chess piece for Josh, no, she wants it all. Because now she's got two people she can dominate, and this one let's her feel that thrilling sinful lust while not being someone she despises like Devlin. Josh and Hyun, trapped by a jackal who will eat their soul and cackle while doing it because it turns her on and that's all that matters in these selfish moments that define who Kimmy is to her core.
