🕑 Added 2023-03-18 19:17:14 +0000 UTCThe inventory system has now been integrated into the main game and the new Paige animation has also been added. There is not much to do with the inventory yet, but that will soon change in the coming updates!
You'll also find that the total file size has decreased, especially if you're an Android user, as this build is a third of the size of the previous build! This is thanks to Steelmaker and his amazing image compression scripting.
Future Plan:
There are a few different directions that I could go in with the inventory system now, so I'm going to bring back voting for the Snack Tier. Keep an eye out for that!

0.28.0
- Inventory system has been integrated into the main game. The demo from previous builds has been removed.
- New "location", the player fridge.
- A different range of foods appear in the fridge depending on decisions made at character creation. Choose "Glutton" to see everything.
- Many new food items added (item cards are still undergoing a revamp, so the current ones are still placeholders for now).
- Added the ability to stack items in the inventory. Plates are used as an example for this feature in this build.
- The player must now acquire bacon and eggs from the fridge in order to have breakfast in the morning.
- As the temporary chocolate-eating mechanic has been removed, the breakfast now causes the player to gain 400lbs instantly. This should be enough to get through the Ellie quest-line and mutual feeding with Wanda.
- Item snap-back bug has been fixed. All items should now snap back to the correct inventory slot.
- Item hotspot bug has been fixed.
- Removed the background for the inventory button as it was unnecessary (the whole HUD is also set to be revamped at some point though).
- The quick menu has been removed from the game as it conflicts with the inventory menu.
- A menu button and a skip button as been added to the top-left corner of the screen to replace the quick menu functions. (Esc can also be used to access the menu on PC.)
- The back button has been removed from the game entirely, as this does not work with the inventory system. The hotkey still works for now, but only use this if you do not mind the inventory bugging out. Otherwise, use save/load.
- A new little animation has been added for Paige, in which the player character feeds her directly and her shorts burst open. This occurs during the feeding mini-game with her at Burger Queen.
Note: There are currently no item combinations to be made. Inventory item combining will likely be discontinued, but inventory item to environment item combinations will be added in future.

- Image compression: image format except GUI has now changed from ".png" to ".webp". Overall file size has reduced, especially for Android.

- You can now meet Ellie at Fulmart after making friends with her.
- New art for Ellie including a casual outfit and a work outfit.
- New location: "Ellie's Clinic" is now accessible after talking to Ellie at Fulmart.
- New placeholder art for the clinic.
- New SSBHM character.
- At the clinic, Ellie will give lots of information about what the clinic will be used for in future updates.
- Fixed a bug in the inventory system which caused items to snap back to the wrong place after using the arrow buttons.

Hey the breakfast doesn't cause you to gain any weight.

No problem, currently every story line starts at some point on day 1. That means that once you've completed something, you're going to want to restart the game and try meeting someone at a different time/place, or try some different dialogue options. A couple of the stories extend into day 2 (Leilani & Paige) and pizza deliveries will take you through many days.

Hey @Tonbelly, i hope its ok i write my qestion here but im kinda lost at the game. I only manage to caht with wanda once and it seems like i cant find how i can continue with the story after i feed her the first time. could you tell me what to do? :D
