Stacy glowered at her, but with her white-blonde hair in pigtails, her thumb planted firmly in her mouth, and the hint of a thick disposable diaper peeking out from under her puffy babydoll dress, she looked about as far from intimidating as it was possible to be.
“Uh-oh!” Alice tittered, drinking in the sight of the thirty-year-old gold-digger dressed up like a toddler. “I think somebody’s feeling a bit grumpy!”
The lady from the clinic chuckled and patted Stacy on her puffy bottom. “She’s not very happy about having to stay in nappies even after she leaves,” she said, her eyes twinkling with amusement. “She threw such a big tantrum when we told her that’s what you’d decided! But when we asked her if she’d prefer to stay a little longer and go through some of our special procedures instead, she settled right down. She’s still being a pouty wittle pwincess about her Pampers though.” She ruffled Stacy’s hair. “Aren’t you, soggy-pants? You don’t wike icky diapies, do you?”
“She’s wet?” Alice asked, her eyes darting eagerly to the tiny bit of white visible beneath the hem of her stepmother’s baby dress.
“Oh yes,” the clinic lady said happily. “She made wee-wees in her nappy a couple of hours ago. Didn’t you, Stacy?” She looked expectantly at the furious-looking woman, and Stacy, blushing bright red, slipped her thumb out of her mouth.
“Yes Miss,” she mumbled.
“You can do better than that, Stacy,” said the clinic lady, a warning note in her voice. “Remember what we taught you about one-word answers. That’s earned you more than one spanking over the last few days.”
Stacy blushed even harder. “Yes Miss,” she repeated, angry tears appearing in her eyes, “I made wee-wees in my nappy.”
“Show your Mummy, Stacy.”
For a moment Alice was sure she was going to refuse, but then Stacy took hold of her skirts and slowly lifted them up, revealing the sodden adult diaper she wore around her waist. Now that Alice could see it fully, it was obvious that it was soaked, drooping low between her stepmother’s legs with the weight of all the pee it held. It was hugely thick, white but for the pee-discolouration, and patterned around the waistline with tiny rattles and pacifiers and baby blocks.
Alice felt giddy. The distinct smell of urine reached her nose, and she reached out to cup the heavy, sagging nappy with her hand. She felt her pussy wetten inside her own, decidedly more adult underwear. She looked into Stacy’s eyes, the ones that were usually so full of scorn and superiority. There was hatred there, and humiliation, but most of all there was submission.
“She’s so well behaved!” Alice said, jiggling Stacy’s pissy Pampers, in awe of the sight of her bitchy stepmother acting so thoroughly tamed. “I can’t believe you did this to her in just a week! Will she really be like this from now on, even without any surgeries or anything? I’ll be able to keep her in diapers and baby clothes all the time?”
“A week at the facility is usually enough to keep our patients in bibs and bonnets, or risk a return,” said the clinic lady, nodding. “The fear of getting the full treatment is enough to make them keep their nappies on. Of course, plenty of our clients still like us to go ahead with the surgeries anyway, and there are some girls who simply refuse to accept their diapers until they’ve been made permanently dependent on them. But I don’t think you’ll have any problems with little Stacy. She was a bit difficult at first, I’ll admit, but she quickly learned to be a good girl. Especially after she saw some of her classmates getting their incontinence procedures done.”
Alice grinned. “And she knows she’ll get the same thing unless she’s a good girl for her Mummy. Don’t you, Stacy?”
“Yes Mummy…” Stacy whispered, turning pale.
Alice’s grin broadened. “Your nappy is awfully wet, sweetie,” she said, nodding to it. “Would you like me to change you? Would you like me to take you home and clean that soggy bottom and put you in a nice, dry diaper?”
Stacy seemed to struggle with herself for a moment. She practically shook with repressed rage as she glared at Alice, but then she gave in. “Yes Mummy,” she said, practically spitting out the words. “Please change my nappy!”
Alice laughed. “Not just yet, baby girl. Right now it’s only wet. If you want changing, you’ll have to make a stinky first.”
Stacy looked at her in horror.
“Has she pooped her pants yet today?” Alice asked the clinic lady.
“Not yet,” the lady replied, eyes glinting sadistically. “And she didn’t make her usual uh-oh last night either. I’m sure she needs to do a very big poo-poo.”
Alice turned back to her stepmother with a smirk. “Time to make a dirty diaper then, Stacy. Chop chop! Show Mummy how good you are at filling your pants like a baby!”
“No!” Stacy shouted, stomping her foot, the anger that had been boiling beneath the surface finally spilling over. “You’re not my Mummy! You’re my stepdaughter! And I’m not going to poop my pa-OWIE!”
The clinic lady had delivered two sharp smacks to her diapered derriere, aiming for the parts of her perky bum-cheeks that weren’t protected by pee-soaked padding. “Bad girl!” she shouted. “Very bad girl, Stacy! You do not raise your voice at your Mummy, and you do not… say… no!” She punctuated the last three words with three more hard spanks that made Stacy squeal and hop on the spot, trying to block the blows.
“I’m your Mummy now, Stacy,” Alice said firmly, “and this is what your life is going to be. Stinky diapers and strict discipline are things you’re just going to have to get used to! Now hike up your skirts and go poo-poo in your pants right this instant,” she ordered, “or we’ll turn your nappied bottom around and send you straight back inside the clinic for the full treatment! And that’s a promise!”
Stacy’s bottom lip trembled as she looked at her stepdaughter standing there with her hands on her hips and a stern expression on her face, looking exactly a strict young mother scolding a misbehaving toddler.
“Last warning, Stacy!” Alice shouted. “Mummy says poop… your… pants!”
Stacy did as she was told.
A delighted smile spread across Alice’s face as she watched her thirty-year-old stuck-up stepmother bend her knees, lift up her dress once again, and start straining to fill her diaper with an enormous load of poo-poo.
“Nnnggghhh…” Stacy half grunted and half moaned as she pushed a big, stinky mess into the back of her nappy, and Alice couldn’t have torn her eyes away even if she’d wanted to as the seat of her stepmother’s oversized Pampers sagged even lower than they had been already, and the front discoloured even more as she flooded it again with a fresh stream of pee-pee.
Once she was done, Stacy blinked, looking almost confused, as if she couldn’t quite believe what she’d just done in her pants, and Alice thrilled at the look of revulsion on her stepmother’s face as she reached behind her and felt the heavy weight in her diaper. She hoped that expression would never go away…
“Good girl, Stacy!” Alice cooed, her voice dripping with condescension. Her body felt electrified with arousal. “What a good girl! Looks like you get to keep your continence for a little while longer at least!”
Stacy sobbed, tears flowing down her cheeks as she stared up, mortified, at her stepdaughter-turned-Mummy.
Alice took the crying woman’s hand and helped her back up, enjoying the way Stacy had to stand with her legs wide-apart to avoid squishing the disgusting mess in her pants. “Time to go home now, baby girl,” she said, patting her stepmother’s bottom and making her whine and wrinkle her nose. “Keep being on your best behaviour for the rest of the day, and I’ll even change that nappy before bedtime tonight!”
Alice thanked the lady from the clinic, and prompted by a firm swat to her behind, Stacy managed to get out a barely articulate, “Fank oo…” through her tears.
“Goodbye, Stacy!” the clinic lady called sweetly after them as they made their way over to a car with a large carseat waiting in the back. “I hope to see you at the clinic again!”

Poor Stacy. Forced back into babyhood by her own stepdaughter. Made to pee and poop in her diapers like a helpless toddler for Alice's amusement. It must be so embarrassing to know she has to obey all of her new mommy's commands, or risk being stuck in diapers forever. In my imagination, he passed away, and Stacy was like an evil stepmother archetype who tried to take control of his family afterwards.
