I hate this ending, because it's so realistic. Real life is hardly ever as satisfying as all of these audios normally are. I appreciate having such a true to life audio, but man does this actually rip my heart out more than if listener were to just have refused to come on the trip

Sorry about that! I played it safe with this ending. Looking back, I wish I had explored a more adventurous ending, but you live and you learn. I plan to post a continuation to another audio soon. Perhaps I'll play around a bit more with that ending to make up for this heartbreaking one.

Hi CaterDawn. This story was definitely controversial, and I was worried about how it would end myself. I agree, this ending is very realistic. I'm glad that you found it satisfying; though next time, I think I'll explore a more adventurous route., one that is both satisfying and unpredictable.

This continuation is part of what got me to become a Patron after hearing the first part on YouTube. Wasn't expecting to get the heart broken first time out. It's a very realistic conclusion, but ouch.

I was so worried about how this would end. I was invested to know. And this ending is more than satisfying for me. It feels extremely human and down to earth, and realizing what the next steps are. Thank you Moon, this audio was wonderful to listen to and receive closure.

Oh my, this was heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time. I almost wanted to scream at the end that it wasn't how I wanted it to end but it was perfect!
