The year started with me recovering from end of 2022 hernia surgery. I started to feeling a bit more like me in February. Caught pneumonia. Spent 5 weeks getting over/recovering from that. Then with the recent CT scan that I had I learned that I now have another hernia (hiatal this time) most likely due to my coughing from the pneumonia and my Tourettes ticks. (will have to set up another surgery). Been a long year lol = )
I appreciate you all sticking by me. I have a number of remakes as usual but the first video is a new one. Skyrim Priority SE AE. Should be a short-ish video that definitely would help some folks. Should also allow me to refine the videos a little bit as I have a new idea for certain pieces of them.

Let it out sir! ;) My father had 5 hernias. I was a little kid putting my head on his back telling him "hurry up dad!" when he walked down the hallway in our house lol. He said it was definitely a much more painful procedure back then and recovery was terrible (especially with me around lol). Glad you made it man

Goddamn hernia surgery. Bilateral congenital inguinal hernias - repaired when I was 12yo (1970's). I'm a retired health professional and the care that I got for the first repair was so bad that could have had renal failure. Couldn't take in fluids for four days. I had an illus (GI shutdown). No I's and O's (input/output), by the nursing staff. I seriously need IV fluids. Finally peed uric acid crystals when my mom, not a healthcare profession, coaxed me to pee.. Unbelievable. The hospital had the worst reputation for morbidity and mortality in my large city about as bad as the VA. Sorry, had to get that off my chest.
