Installation
Download Reshade setup, select Blacklist_DX11_game.exe from \Splinter Cell Blacklist\src\SYSTEM and select all effects. Then Install as DirectX11.
After that, Install RTGI shader by Pascal Glichers.
Copy SplinterCell.ini to \Splinter Cell Blacklist\src\SYSTEM folder
Open Game. Press "Home" to open Reshade Menu.
Select the Preset and Enjoy.

kinda normal. .ini files are detected as virus this is why i dont upload to google drive. you can ignore the message. haha

hello there it says once downloaded that " SplinterCell.ini was blocked because this type of file can harm your device". is this normal?
