I've always gotten the impression that Jay uses some kind of highlighting makeup on his eyes. Like the inverse of eye shadow, since his lids are always so light and have a hint of pink or purple that extends past the lid. Is that just his fur? Intentional implication of light makeup use? Just a general dash of natural femme in his look?
