Fun seeing Jordan so keyed up for this! I'm in and ready for the next one too!❤️😂❤️ Such a good film/series and it's held up well. I really got invested in these characters. I started reading the comix when I was about 12, so seeing this come to film so gloriously was s dream come true.

Growing up as a nerd girl, I preferred the DC heroes. But when it comes to the movies Marvel was far exceeding anything DC produced. I love ALL of these movies and look forward to you running through the entire thing.

Oh ok Thanks for clarifying I thought that spawn was an obscure marvel property like blade and guardians of the galaxy were before they hit mainstream

uh I don't mean to be that guy, but Spawn is not a Marvel character, he belongs to Image Comics ( along with Kickass, Invincible, Jupiter's Legacy, etc) Or if I misread your comment please forgive me.

The early X-men and Spider-Man films were owned by 20th Century Fox and Sony pictures and Sony pictures respectively as Marvel sold the film rights due to bankruptcy. Marvel's early entries (Howard The Duck and a sub par Captain America (1979) were major embarrassments. X-men and Spider-Man were major hits, but the 1st Marvel Universe hit was Iron Man.

These are the movies that reignited the superhero genre, especially in the movie realm The marvel universe was around with blade and spawn in the 90s but x-men and spider man were responsible for what we have today in the marvel movies and shows Before this, all we had was batman and superman
