I was born in 1960, so I have a different set of images in my head. :-) The blue screen can be pretty retro. Word had the blue screen, white text option from eighties. The beauty of writing is that we can have slightly different images in our head and it will not detract from the joy or reading. Reincarnation and plane hopping can certainly mess with time, but I feel that Chihiro should be from some time before Hestia.

I didn't know that existed. I think I saw them once an a while, but I never registered them in my head. But, no, it's the digital clock with the numbers you see today. However, I do admit, having a mechanical clock would fit better in dwarven society especially with how I have described the hold, but the Divine System does make things more "modern" you could say. I mean, the blue screen on your party bracelet is pretty "sci-fi"

"It was surprising to me that there was a digital-like clock in this place, but I guess it made sense the Revolution Queen would invent something like this." - maybe because I am older, but what this description remembers me isn't a digital clock, but one of these: https://www.pinterest.it/pin/529243393710941961/ It is a flip clock, some model of it was in almost every airport, train, and bus station of the world at least from the sixties to the eighties. "It did make me wonder from which year she was born back on Earth." - The clock description (as I see it) combined with hard rock and no mention of rap, makes me think that Chiro was from the eighties. At that time the first digital clocks started going around, so Chiro clock could be one of these: https://www.amazon.com/KWANWA-Digital-Battery-Operated-Constantly/dp/B01IAXYPE0: Probably it is what you were thinking, but to me, the older clock seems more appropriate for a dwarven community. More mechanical.

Feels like it being a filler is a problem. I have linking chapters and fillers here and there, but this one feels egregious.
