Steps to redeem:
1. Make sure you're on the latest version of Qud, posted last week. [204.93].
2. From the main menu screen, select Redeem Code.
3. Download and install the pet mods by entering the codes above.
4. Create a character. Before you start the game from the character confirmation screen, select Choose a pet.
5. Choose CAP-N, Koharta, Small Problems, or Bon te Bok.

Also go into the Mods menu (modding utilities > mod mananger) and make sure the pet mod is Enabled

Thanks for responding, it doesn’t show any other options after redeeming so I’ll probably just reinstall and see what happens

Go through the steps above to redeem a pet. Then, right before you pick your starting location, on the screen where you choose your name, if you have at least one pet mod there should be a dropdown below the name field for your pet.
