“Did you girls have fun?” Mom asked as we filed back into our condo unit.
I grumbled in response, placing all the stuff we shopped for on the dining table. We went to a lot of stores to buy clothes and shoes and other girly bullshit. My social battery was completely drained after the entire day of interacting with people, not to mention Deen being an absolute perverted harasser. She was high on her victory of making me climax. Thankfully, Deen didn’t try to assault me while I was trying on clothes in the dressing rooms, probably because Mom was right there with us.
Mom kept saying that she had plenty of work, but she also wanted to make it up to me for not being there. I really didn’t care. Actually, it worked well for me that Mom was always away—plenty of time to take my face off. Of course, it wasn’t like that now with Deen living with me in the same room.
“We did, Mrs. Hartwell,” said Deen. “I think Erind had way more fun than I did,” she added with a wink.
I rolled my eyes at her. The bitch was turning insufferable.
“I’m thankful that you’re here, Deen,” Mom said. “If Erind didn’t get to know you, she’d probably be stuck in her room like a hermit throughout law school.” Laughter at my expense. “Oh, I remember your father in our younger years. It would take an entire thesis to convince him to go somewhere other than our usual dating spots.”
“I’m fine whether I stay at home or go out,” said Deen. “Erind and I can find something to entertain ourselves. Right, Erind?” Another wink.
“We sure do,” I said with fake enthusiasm while glaring at her. “Lots of entertaining going on.”
“Well, that’s good then,” Mom said. “You two entertain yourselves while I continue preparing for my presentation tomorrow.” She cleared part of the dining table. “I’ll be working here. I just can’t concentrate in my room. Too small a space makes me feel constricted. You girls can watch a movie until it’s time for dinner. We’ll order later.”
“Movie?” I asked. “Won’t that be distracting for you, Mom?”
“No, no. I’m used to working while there is noise. Now, where did I put my laptop’s charger?”
Mom entered her room, leaving the door open. She’d see us if she turned around.
While Deen was checking what we bought, I grabbed the collar of her shirt and pulled her down as I stood on tiptoes. I dragged my tongue across her soft lips, tasting her lipstick that she had reapplied earlier. Deen’s eyes widened as she looked Mom’s way. She then pushed me.
“I found the charger,” Mom said, exiting her room. She looked at Deen. “Are you okay, dear? You look flushed.”
“That’s the look of defeat,” I said.
“Defeat? I don’t—”
Deen cuts herself off with a quick laugh. “It’s an inside joke. Anyways, watching a movie is a great idea. It’s like we’re really having a slumber party. Don’t you like movies, Erind?”
“Yeah. Been a while since I had time to watch them.” I couldn’t discern her schemes yet. “Busy with school and all that.”
Mom glanced at the wall clock. “Watch a movie or two, and it’ll be dinner time. Just relax for the day. Step away from law school matters.”
“Great!” Deen trooped to my… our room. “I’ll get blankets so it’ll be really like we’re having a slumber party.
Five minutes later, Deen and I were sitting on the couch with a blanket draped over us. Mom couldn’t see us from where she was sitting, but she could definitely hear us… should we make any unnatural noises?
“So, this is your plan?” I hissed at Deen as the movie began. There was a respectable space between us, such that our hips weren’t touching. But then, she leaned to my side, like a toppling tree. Our shoulders were rubbing.
“I plan to feel like we’re having a slumber party,” Deen said. “It’s not whatever you’re thinking about. I’m just reclaiming my childhood here.”
“Hmm… if you say so.”
Deen picked a romance movie. Like, serious romance, not even a comedic one. Did she know I hated this kind of movie? I’ve never told her, I don’t think. Drama? No, thank you. Maybe I should explore other genres. This movie might teach me about relationships, given that I seemed to be in one. How the hell did I end up in this situation? The universe couldn’t answer me.
Surprisingly, Deen didn’t do anything to me. She was engrossed in the movie's plot. I wasn’t. It was just some manufactured conflict so the guy and the girl wouldn’t get together until the end of the movie.
Around ten minutes later, the start of the battle opened, with Deen moving closer to me. Our flanks were pressed together. She scooted a bit down the couch, settling into a half-lying position, with her feet on the coffee table, so our heads would be somewhat leveled. Her cotton candy scent tickled my nose.
“Don’t do anything,” I whispered to her.
“I’m going to… do something…”
“Mom is right there,” I answered. Was the threat of Mom fading? This was bad. Deen was gaining too much power.
“She can’t see us.”
“She can hear us, you, exhibitionist freak,” I furiously whispered.
Deen nibbled my earlobe before replying, “Then don’t make noise. Simple, right?” She took my right leg and draped it over her left leg. Her fingers caressed my inner thigh as she planted small kisses on my neck.
They felt good. Everything Deen did to me felt good; she had succeeded in making my body get used to her. But I wasn’t going to admit that. I’d rather die than let her win. “Stop that,” I said, taking my leg back and pushing her away.
She tightly gripped my leg with her right hand, fingers almost stabbing into my flesh. Her left arm snaked around my back, hooking my waist and pulling me closer. I used a bit of superstrength, and so did she. The couch creaked as we struggled. We both stopped and stared at each other. The sounds of the movie continued, layering over the minute clicks of a laptop’s keyboard.
“See, it’s fine,” Deen said in hushed tones. “Your mom’s not going to find out.”
“Find out what? What are you doing to—Hey!”
“Erind, dear?” Mom called.
“It’s nothing, Mom,” I replied. Stupid Deen was trying to pull down my shorts. I fought to keep them up while listening for any noise from the kitchen. No squeak of a chair pushed back. Mom still couldn’t see us.
Deen continued tugging my shorts. I relented and was soon just wearing panties. She licked my neck and said, “Relax. You’re covered by the blanket.”
“You’ve already fingered me earlier,” I said, part of me wanting to fight back. But part of me wanted something to happen. “Don’t do it again,” I half-heartedly added. “We should have a rule against this.”
“I’m doing something different,” Deen purred. “I’m going to eat you.”
“Wha-what? I thought the blanket was to cover my lap while you…”
“While I eat you,” Deen said. “Duh. I didn’t get to do it earlier because your mom called for us. We really wouldn’t need the blanket if it’s just fingers. I can cover you with pillows. But since I’m going to eat you…” She lowered herself to the floor. “Move to the side. Over here. Fewer chances for your mom to see us, and I don’t want the coffee table in the way. Just give me some space so I can get back on the couch.”
This was absolutely insane! But I was following her instructions. The thrill couldn’t be denied; this was an emotion I rarely experienced. I was addicted to rare emotions. Plus, there was the whole sex thing, feeling good. That applied to everyone.
Deen started pulling down my panties as she positioned herself in front of me.
“Are you freaking serious?” I asked. “Are you really going to do it?”
“Why not?” Deen grabbed my knees and parted my legs, exposing my private parts to the cold air. I never imagined I’d see a sight like this, my best friend about to pleasure me with her mouth.
“I mean, licking is kind of way past fingering…”
“So?” She moved in closer. I could feel her warm breath on my inner thighs. “It’s a pretty pink color.”
“Come on, not the porno lines again. Maybe, I should take a bath first and—”
“Don’t wiggle out of this. And you’re not dirty. I’ll do anything to make you feel good, Erind. Now, cover me with a blanket.”
I did as she instructed, craning my neck to check again if Mom was really out of sight. I increased the TV’s volume a nudge, but not enough to hide any sounds that may come from the kitchen. Then, electric shocks went up my body as Deen’s wet tongue glided in between my legs.
(Author’s Notes: The 5.23.xx segments are just right before the Tea Party fight. It’s difficult to move past this part because this is the relaxed phase before the Vegas arc became serious. We'll have two more segments, this one and maybe another Deen x Blanchette, then we'll check if we can have a rebooted ExD following the rewrite.

This isn't part of the REND collection. It has its own series under a different collection with 65+ chapters already; it's ongoing. Erind and Deen are very established in that collection as a side story. But I see your point that it'll confuse the new readers because it's so far away. Yep, other new readers were probably confused too. Whenever an ExD comes up, I'll put up a heading on the chapter warning readers that this is an old spin off story that's just a bonus, so they may try it if they want from the start, or just ignore it. Thanks for bringing this up!

Eh... This is fairly out of sequence with the rest of the story. You haven't established Erind and Deen's relationship and currently in the story Erind and Deen are best friends but Erind isn't even comfortable with being touched by Deen yet. To anyone who hasn't read the prior version of the story, this is coming out of left field hot and heavy... So releasing it now is somewhat off putting.

And then, we'll get to experience rebuilding it again! And because Erind and Deen both got Cores, you can explore some different scenes too.
